This listing is for one small (16 mm) pure bronze dog nose print charm on a 14k gold filled chain. Your custom charm is made from solid bronze and lovingly hand cut into either a puffy heart (shown), long heart, circle, or oval shape.

14K GOLD FILLED QUALITY: (VS GOLD PLATING)
**The exterior of our chain is 14kt gold and everything you can see or touch is a solid layer of 14kt gold. This is why it will never tarnish, chip or wear off. The gold layer on gold-filled is approximately 100 times thicker than gold-plate as and is bonded with heat and pressure.

AFTER ORDERING:
**A mold kit will be mailed to you that includes molds to make your dog's nose or paw prints, shipping, a return prepaid label sent to you via email, and all the instructions you need to make a beautiful print ... the final piece will be kiln fired using pure fine silver and sent back to you as a beautiful keepsake to cherish forever.

The kit contains the mold materials you need to take your pet's prints (I send extra material so you can create a keepsake of your pet's paw AND nose regardless of which piece you purchased), a return prepaid label to send the molds back once made, and all the instructions you need.

The molds you send to me are then used to make your finished pieces.

I will always ship your molds back to you as well for you to hold onto as a keepsake. They can always be reused in the future if you'd ever like to add to your important keepsake collection.

Custom Handwriting:

--Custom handwriting is just that, an image that you provide to me of custom handwriting of you or your loved one to be made into a custom stamp that will be imprinted on your special piece and preserved in metal.
--This can be any handwriting that you have. (i.e. from a letter or card, from a document, wiring or drawing on a piece of paper, etc)
--Simply take a picture of the writing you'd like to have, upload, and attach it to me via Etsy convo.

Custom Engraving:

--Engraving that I provide using a small, deco block font. You can see examples of this font on many of our shop site listings.

If you are in the US, your piece will ship via USPS Priority mail.

USPS states that Priority shipping comes with $100 of insurance value, however, I have never seen USPS honor any insurance value or declaration.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, I would suggest using FedEx, as they are the most reliable for shipping and insurance value.

I had ordered from MayaBelle a couple of years ago. When my dog passed recently I reached out about having another charm created with the nose mold I had. The owner agreed to doing this. She was very caring and made sure I knew when my boy’s nose mold had reached her and also let me know when it was being sent back along with the charm, which came out great.

Daria was wonderful to work with from the very start. Unfortunately my sweet 20 year old cat passed away suddenly. I regretted not purchasing this earlier, but I thankfully had taken a silicon mold of her nose a few years prior. Daria was able to accommodate my special request and use my old mold. She was so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. I just received the ornament and the results are better than I expected! I’m so blessed to have such a beautiful memento to remember my best friend forever.
